Assessment
Spending quality time to do a thorough assessment is one of the most important tasks we will do for you at Flow Work. We can't stress enough the importance of this step of the process. This is how we get to know each other.
Your assessment will help us not only learn about the HR processes that need addressing but also the most important and successful elements of your organization. We look forward to diving deep into discovering more about your organization.
Technology and
Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Implementation
If your company has technology and platforms that handle your workforce and other HR processes, that's great, we will incorporate our initiatives with your existing technology. If not, let us help you discover and implement tools that are productive and cost effective.

Collective HRM
HRM stands for Human Resource Management. Collective HRM is a term that Flow Work uses
to describe a structure we help implement for organizations who may not be large enough to have an HR department or may not have the funds to pay for a full-time HR position. This structure, as a collective, incorporates groups that share, or are motivated by, a common issue or interest.
Your organization and its employees are comprised of many unique and useful talents and strengths. Flow Work helps you and your leaders bring out these strengths and channel them into service-oriented tasks. For example, many employees could thrive in a mentorship role because they are experts at people. Mentors can guide others in performance, resolving conflicts, teambuilding, and self-development. There are also employees who are great at organizing, managing projects, etc. who can manage technical types of HR tasks with ease.
We understand that employees may already be overwhelmed with day-to-day responsibilities and job tasks, so Flow Work will work with your team(s) to determine how these HR tasks can be incorporated into a structure where these tasks are completed easily and effectively and where, hopefully, your employees are empowered and flourish in a self-maintained atmosphere.
